Henry Adams Lettings in Bognor Regis has joined forces with AC Lettings, one of the largest and most successful independent lettings agencies in the coastal town.
The joint teams will operate from the AC Lettings HQ, refurbished to reflect the dual branding.
AC Lettings has been a family owned business since 1986. In 1990, the founder’s son, Lee Hopkins, joined the main board before taking over the management of the company from his mother in 1996.
Hopkins will remain as a director of the new organisation and there will be no changes in personnel at either Henry Adams or AC Lettings as a result of the merger.
“Much of the success of AC Lettings can be attributed to the dedicated, loyal staff and tradesmen we employ and the company would not be where it is today without their commitment and expertise” says Hopkins.
