There’s been a flurry of new PropTech products launched, mostly focussed on lettings agencies.
Australian-based supplier Movinghub, which works the UK market amongst many others, is launching a new tool with which agents can provide customers with utilities and services when they move.
The service says it has “a wide service panel in each market” including electricity, gas, water and broadband as well as home maintenance and cleaning, security and insurance.
Movinghub says the offer can come to tenant on the agent’s own branded email and SMS communications.
Meanwhile the portfolio management platform Lendlord and online letting agency Accommodation have launched a new partnership, enable landlord users of Lendlord to quickly list via an app.
Lendlord provides property investors with an online platform to manage and track their portfolio details and performance, whilst also identifying finance opportunities based a user’s specific profile. It chief executive Aviram Shahar, says: “This partnership with Accommodation will make it easy for our users to list their properties on the online letting agent and we are planning further synergies to benefit users of both platforms in the future.”
Finally the automated lettings platform PlanetRent is partnering with LegalforLandlords, the Warrington-based legal service.
PlanetRent - which describes itself as automating key processes in the lettings process such as compliance and marketing - says the arrangement will enable landlords to directly access the LegalforLandlords offering in a seamless manner.
“All landlords, whether large or small should always be able to access legal advice and support, and this partnership will enable landlords who use PlanetRent to use the services offered by LegalforLandlords” explains Mary-Anne Bowring, group managing director at Ringley and creator of PlanetRent.
