Rivalry between agents is key feature of enhanced PropTech platform

The PropTech platform Movebubble has upgraded its features to increase rivalry between lettings agents and thus enhance the renting experience for consumers.

Movebubble allows users to schedule viewings, share feedback with agents or landlords or other tenants, and search for properties that are updated in real time. An app algorithm learns and adapts to users’ preferences, supplying tailored results.

It says its new enhanced platform, launched today and in pipeline for the last 12 months, will allow used to have greater filtering powers to find precisely suitable properties, will be able to define whether renters want an entire home or a room, will give more information about renters, and will offer access to homes listed exclusively on Movebubble.

Letting agents will also have more visibility over competitors and, says the firm, “the aim is to create a healthy rivalry that sees agents maintaining their high standards and providing homes to renters, who are set to make up a quarter of the UK housing market by 2021.”
