Working from home is pretty much the way the whole industry is operating now and The Able Agent, a training group, has produced a handy 10 minute video to explain how it’s done - the advantages and the more challenging aspects too.

Fixflo is a well-known and highly respected name in the lettings industry, and its content marketing manager Riemy Wan has penned a highly information piece on property management and keeping customers in the loop.

There’s guidance too from Citizens Advice for employees - obviously it has assessed existing legislation to see what applies across the board but this will be relevant to those working as employees at agencies and suppliers.
The CA information looks at sick pay entitlement, your rights if you wish to work from home, what might happen in terms of employee rights if schools are shut and individuals need to look after children, and then whether you can be dismissed as a result of not being able to work thanks to the virus. There’s a lot to take in but you’ll find it useful - it’s in the lower half of this guidance here.
