We’re very grateful to Andy Wicking, managing director of Red Door Homes, an agency that punches well above its weight in beautiful Kent.
He’s given us this low-down on high spirits maintained with his team…
“Our agency has always used a ‘RedDoor Homes work chat’ WhatsApp group and during lockdown we now have a ‘RedDoor social chat’ so that we can split work and fun to help those who are working to keep up to speed.
“We started with daily Zoom meetings and have reduced that down to three times a week, just to catch up, see each other's faces and support one another. We have also held weekly Zoom's quizzes on a Friday night to have some social time together and it's been filled with a lot of fun and laughter.
“Our team have also gone that extra mile and a couple of examples are a hand made, personalised cards that one team member sent to all of the team as a supportive and motivational touch.
“Lastly, we are also very lucky to have some very supportive landlords who have also sent words of encouragement, songs, inspirational poems etc to keep us going which has really helped.”
Wonderful that the support works both ways with customers - keep doing what you’re doing and thanks for sharing…
