PropTech link for outsourced viewing service and fledgling portal

Fledgling portal Homesearch has partnered with outsourced viewing service Viewber in a new PropTech teaming.

Under the deal, agents who receive an enquiry about one of their properties from Homesearch will be given the opportunity to receive assistance from Viewber for the viewing in question if they are struggling to fulfil that request.

Homesearch says this “will act as a value add service during a hugely busy time, which many agents find themselves in now, so they can avoid missing out on income generating opportunities and win more business if a viewing is requested on a date or a time which the agent is unable to facilitate.” 

Founded in 2016 Viewber says it’s completed over 125,000 appointments on behalf of companies ranging from lettings agencies to housing associations. 

Sam Hunter, chief operating officer of Homesearch, says: “Being able to help agents work more efficiently during busy times is just as important to us as providing agents with the tools to generate new business during tougher times.”

And Viewber co-founder Ed Mead adds: "Homesearch, as a next generation property portal, needs to be offering agents something extra. That extra last mile help from Viewber, for when they're really busy or out of hours, means they could sell, let and earn more and give that extra level of service that'll keep buyers and tenants coming back to Homesearch."
