Agent Rainmaker’s bootcamp - which aims to focus letting agents on the structure of their business whilst also breaking boards and bending metal bars - is back after the pandemic.
It’ll be the first in-person bootcamp hosted by Agent Rainmaker since early 2020 and will take place from November 4 to 7 in Wolverhampton, led as before by former ARLA president and Agent Rainmaker founder Sally Lawson.
There will also be a contribution by so-called ‘mindset and empowerment trainer’ Tosin Ogunnusi - coming from Prague to the bootcamp - as well as a string of team building and business focus exercises.
“Too many agents are working round the clock just to keep the business running, when in fact with a small tweak, they have everything they need to make their business so much easier to run and more profitable, this is why they need to step away and look at their business with fresh eye and rebuild the plan, get a real grip of the numbers. Then magic really does happen” says Lawson.
“Earlier this autumn we hosted our Agent Rainmaker Live conference in London, and I also recently spoke at the Entrepreneurs’ Marketing Conference – it’s amazing to be incorporating live events back into our training schedule.”
