An agent who six months ago expanded his franchise empire to four branches has now added a fifth.
Craig Pearson, who opened the Caversham branch of Parkers in May, has now taken over the Twyford office.
Pearson, who also owns Parkers branches in Reading, Earley and Woodley, says: “After opening the Caversham branch earlier in the year, Twyford was an integral piece of the puzzle in connecting the Woodley and Caversham offices.”
“When Andrew (Yapp) announced his retirement, he wanted to see his incredible work continue with a number one team.
“We’re the number one agent in each of the five areas we operate in, and I want to increase that dominance through further expansion and acquisitions in the future.”
Managing director at The Property Franchise Group - parent company for Parker’s - adds: “Craig lives and breathes the Parkers brand and his enthusiasm and passion for growing his businesses shows no sign of slowing down.
“Parkers’ reputation in Berkshire is second to none and Craig’s role in helping to establish that reputation over the past 20 years has been key.
“I know he’ll carry on the great work of both Andrew and Deborah Yapp in Twyford and I’m hugely excited to see what the future holds for all of his branches.”
