Spicerhaart has announced two new lettings directors to support its £30m expansion programme.
Liam Davorn, 57, has 30 years in the profession and joined haart a decade ago as senior branch manager at the South Woodford lettings branch, working his way up to area director.
He says: “Good management is so important within this role. I’m looking forward to empowering others and helping them make the most of the opportunities that will arise as we grow.”
The second is Melissa Casey, 38, who has been with haart for 15 years, starting as a lettings manager, also progressing to area director.
“I didn’t want there to be a glass ceiling in terms of my career and earning potential and after 15 years I am still taking steps in my career and achieving highly” she says.
Meanwhile haart in Cambridge has appointed a new area partner - Amman Naveed-Akhtar, who has been with the company for four years after previously working in merchant banking.
He will be responsible for growing the team of marketing consultants, sales and mortgage consultants and admin people, as well as home-based negotiators attached to haart’s Cambridge Property Centre.
haart will also be opening a new First Time Buyer and Investor Centre in the city, plus will be introducing sister company Chewton Rose, which sells high value properties, into the Cambridgeshire market.
