Fledgling portal MoveStreets has signed over 100 agents, with an inventory of 16,500 properties to let and for sale.
It says its latest signing is Yorkshire regional giant Linley & Simpson, while it already has online and regional firms including Doorsteps, Open House, Dacre Son & Hartley, Nest Seekers International, Beals and The Kings Group.
The portal claims its social media platforms' total reach is now nearly 19,000 and it’s offering agents free membership for the first 12 months.
Unusually it says it is also using social media influencers Gemma Collins, Luke Mabbott and Molly Smith to publicise its app.
“Just a week of using the influencers has meant our app download numbers have increased from 12,000 to 14,500” it states.

An app publicised by Gemma Collins of Towie fame? Count me out!
In all seriousness, it does seem to be doing a good job in signing up some big-hitters, but I'm not sure using social media influencers is the way forward if they want to be taken seriously.
