An agency in the north of England has outlined how it proposes to take investors to what it calls “multiple viewings” and still be Covid-safe.
HM Residential says it is offering to meeting investment buyers at an airport or train station in a black cab with a screen separating the customer from the driver.
“This allows prospective buyers and tenants to easily attend multiple viewings without the need to arrange their own transport or feel uncomfortable in situations where physical distancing is not possible” says the firm.
It continues: “After each use, the vehicle has a thorough anti-bacterial wipe down including both interior and exterior touch-points to further ensure the safety of customers and adhere to government’s guidelines.”
The agency claims the current level of demand is so high, this taxi service is essential so “buyers can attend viewings as quickly as possible to prevent them from missing out on their dream homes.”
It continues: “HM Residential’s new service is also at the disposal of property investors arriving by train or plane. They can be taken directly from Newcastle station or airport to their property viewings for a seamless and hassle-free solution. The company’s car is branded so can easily be spotted by prospective buyers.
“We understand these are extremely stressful and unpredictable times and we want to minimise the risks for potential buyers so they can purchase their desired property without additional worries.”
And it concludes: “Concerns over safety should not get in between potential buyers and their dream property.”
