Affordable homes provider Auxesia Homes has appointed residential management firm Touchstone to handle its entire mixed tenure portfolio.
Auxesia offers affordable shared ownership, rental and rent to buy across the North West, has a portfolio of 89 properties which will now be managed by Touchstone.
Touchstone managing director Helen Kings says: “It’s a really exciting time for Auxesia, and we’re delighted they chose us to partner with. Their aim to provide outstanding places to live and enjoy - now and for the future - is exactly what we strive to create for all our customers.”
