A lettings company has paid an undisclosed sum - described only as “a six figure deal” - to acquire a large regional independent.
Bowman Rebecchi Letting has snapped up Castle Estates, the largest independent residential lettings agency in Inverclyde.
Twenty-year-old Castle Estates manages a stock of nearly 350 properties across Glasgow, Renfrewshire, Ayrshire and Inverclyde. Its four staff will transfer across. highly experienced staff will transfer across from Castle Estates to Bowman Rebecchi’s new offices in Gourock’s Kempock Street.
