Lettings PropTech platform teclet - part of Glanty, now owned outright by OnTheMarket - has signed off on a link with automated payment service PayProp.
Added to teclet’s existing link with automated repair service Fixflo and this means the PropTech platform in its own words, the only one to provide a range of property management solutions in one place.
This includes bank account integration, payment reconciliation, real-time incoming and outgoing transactions, rent arrears management and maintenance invoices.
“The seamless integration with PayProp is the latest step in providing teclet’s clients with even greater automation through best-in-class providers” explains teclet commercial director John Evans.
“We had already announced our partnership and integration with Fixflo on property maintenance, and this latest integration now provides complete end-to-end and ongoing automation of the lettings and management process – we feel it is a real game changer for the industry.”
He adds: “Using our modular solutions to their maximum, letting agents can now automate over 80 per cent of the lettings, accounting and management process, increasing productivity and compliance and raising the bar in terms of consumer engagement and service.”
PayProp chief executive André Holtshausen comments: “The full two-way seamless integration with teclet is undoubtedly a ground-breaking solution, particularly when combined through the teclet platform with other best in class providers such as Fixflo.
“PayProp is the industry leader in automated client account payments, and this development further strengthens that with an increasing focus on partnerships and integrations.”
