PropTech platform Plentific has snapped up husband-and-wife lettings software company TouchRight Software.
Over 500 clients across the UK use TouchRight, to create bespoke property inspection reports, including inventories, midterms, check-ins, check-outs, HMO and Legionella risk assessments.
By incorporating TouchRight’s technology into its platform, Plentific says it will expand the TouchRight app’s current strengths to get greater productivity from mobile devices in the field, adding additional automation and speed to its suite of repairs, maintenance, compliance and voids solutions.
It adds that TouchRight reporting capabilities on conditions, inventories and safety checks, for example, will become more robust, in addition to providing an end-to-end workflow from identifying issues to be addressed to delivering necessary works via its nationwide contractor marketplace.
The software will augment Plentific’s existing offer to landlords, contractors and tenants across the 400,000 units it manages, chiefly in the UK and Germany.
Rachel Lightfoot, a co-founder at TouchRight Software, says: “We are excited that Plentific will now take TouchRight on the next stage of its journey. This is a great move for all parties, and our existing customers will benefit from a great deal more functionality as part of the Plentific platform.”
