New city branch for agency in one of UK’s hottest markets

Northern property specialist Bradley Hall has opened a new rental and sales office in Leeds city centre.

The firm has expanded its presence in Leeds after relocating to a new 1,600 square foot Yorkshire head office, and the move will see the Yorkshire arm of the business double its headcount over the next 12 months.

Bradley Hall now has nine offices across the North East and Yorkshire.

Yorkshire managing director David Cran says: “We first launched the Leeds arm of the business two and a half years ago and since then it has grown rapidly. Our success speaks for itself, and we are very proud of all we have achieved in such a short period of time. We have a fantastic team that has worked to the best of their ability through challenges such as launching during the pandemic, yet our presence in the commercial property market has exploded across the region.

“As we look to expand our business and clients across Leeds and the wider region, we also wanted to congratulate our team on their hard work and celebrate how far we have come in such a short period of time. An evening to celebrate in the heart of the city with staff and clients seemed the most appropriate commemoration.”
