A PropTech supplier claims to be shaking up the lettings market with the launch of its revolutionary Property Management software this afternoon.

Street.co.uk co-founder Heather Staff says: “Street Property Management revolutionises Lettings. We didn’t want to create just another piece of PropTech. We’ve started from scratch and made workflows that function the way agents actually want and need in the modern world. Feedback from agents already using Street Lettings has been phenomenal and we’re really excited to open it up to the industry.”

The company is hosting a virtual event this afternoon at 4pm which will focus on the launch of property management and client accounting with more announcements during the event.

Its publicity ahead of the launch says: “We have reimagined and reinvented what agency software looks like, painstakingly building a whole new platform from the ground up… and now it’s time to showcase it to the industry. As well as an in-depth tour of Street.co.uk Lettings, there will be many other exciting feature releases and announcements along the way, so you really don’t want to miss this.”

Some of the additional features are expected to include in-app calls, sentiment analysis, payment automation and management, and the use of Artificial Intelligence.
