Agency claims fastest-ever letting of mansion on Billionaires’ Row

An agency has secured what it calls the fastest ever letting of a mansion on the legendary north London street, Bishops Avenue - known in the tabloid press as Billionaires’ Row.

Glenfield Property Management has secured a £20,000 per week long-term let and are now furnishing the 15,000 square foot house with just an 11 day time-frame for an incoming American family, their nannies and private chef.

The agency director was able to organise a virtual viewing quickly and secure a deal within just two days, making it the fastest transaction the landlord has ever experienced for the house.

The agency was founded a year ago by former Knight Frank associate Yasmin Ulhaq, who claims her clients include “royalty, industry tycoons, politicians, presidents, first ladies and A-list celebrities from around the globe.”

Ulhaq’s previous experience includes dealing with the house used by The Apprentice candidates back in 2016; it was let last summer for £16,500 per week and was kitted out with children’s garden facilities such as basketball nets and water inflatable castles.

Ulhaq has also secured a tenant at a penthouse on Bishops Avenue for £11,000 per week and a three-bedroom apartment in Mayfair.

She says: “I felt there was a need for a stress free, one stop shop kind of company in prime and north west London, where we could look after a select number of clients at any one time, in order to provide the best possible service for them.

“Over the last year we have definitely seen a strong desire for such a solution. For our landlord clients, the idea is about taking away the challenges and struggles of managing all the different people involved in looking after a home, saving them time, money and stress.

“Every owner has different needs and expectations and that why it’s up to us to develop those relationships with them so that we can look after their properties.”
