An agency tomorrow opens a new lettings and sales office in a location about to hear whether it’s won city status as part of the Platinum Ju bile celebrations.
The Mustard agency brand, part of the Michael Graham group, was founded in 2013 and is relocating to a modern 1000 square foot office in the centre of MK.
The firm says the move is in response to the unprecedented popularity of Milton Keynes as a destination for home buyers.
The company describes the new Mustard office as being designed “as a comfortable and inviting hub where people will be welcome to pop in for a coffee and a chat about all things property.”
One of 50 fibreglass cows created in 2017 to celebrate the 50th birthday of Milton Keynes is now Mustard yellow and has pride of place in the office.
Branch manager James Guntrip says: “I’ve been an estate agent in Milton Keynes for 12 years and have seen the area go from strength to strength, to the extent that Emerson Valley is now the most popular place in the country for younger buyers who want a family friendly area within commuting distance of London.
“We’re excited to be opening our new office on #LoveMK Day and with this fantastic central location are looking forward to playing a bigger part in the community, working with local businesses and serving local people.”
