Award for prominent lettings agency training supremo

The founder of a leading letting agency coaching organisation has won a coveted international award.

Agent Rainmaker was set up by Sally Lawson to support those within the lettings industry to enjoy greater freedom, growth, and profit.

She’s now been honoured with her second Two Comma Club award, an accolade given to entrepreneurs who have generated £1m through a single online sales funnel on the marketing and sales automation platform ClickFunnels.

Lawson has been active in the industry for 30 years and says: “No matter what type of organisation you run, whether a lettings agency, legal firm, or coffee shop, marketing has to be your key focus. It’s an absolutely vital means of your business attracting - and retaining customers - and the difference getting it right can make to any organisation is phenomenal.

“When we first starting talking to the industry about funnels, most weren’t sure what to make of the concept and were in truth pretty sceptical. But, as agents started to see the number of leads coming into their business going from around four a month to over 300 simply through automating and systemising their lead generation processes, more and more have begun to acknowledge the integral part they play in their growth aspirations" she says.

Lawson achieved her first Two Comma Club award in 2019, and her second this month – making her one of only 1,000 individuals across the globe, and the only UK lettings agent, to have been honoured twice.
