Agency upsizes office in high-value lettings hotspot

Part of the Connells empire, John D Wood & Co., is moving to a larger office in a lettings hotspot in London.

The new office will occupy a corner position in Chiswick, in the west of the capital, and the company says this will bolster its presence as a lettings expert in the W4 postcode area.

Laura Purvor, lettings manager at the branch, says: “Our landlords have benefitted from our ‘open house’ style viewings when their properties become available.

“With the increased competition amongst tenants often leading to multiple offers, and these offers frequently going over the initial asking price, this has also given landlords the opportunity to choose tenants from a highly competitive selection.”

And associate director Simon Merson adds: “We are delighted to announce our move across the Terrace to much larger, and newly refurbished office in Chiswick. It is in a more prominent location, where we feel even better placed to serve past, current and future clients while our business continues to grow.”
