The UK Association of Letting Agents is introducing four new products to its agent members.
Several of the products are from the Hamilton Fraser Group.
One is Ome, a deposit alternative that offers tenants a lower upfront cost of moving home whilst providing landlords with the exact same five-week protection as a traditional deposit; another is mydeposits, a government-authorised tenancy deposit protection provider.
A third product, again via Hamilton Fraser, is eviction specialist organisation Landlord Action.
The fourth product is via Rexel UK, which offers UKALA members a 30 per cent-plus discount on a range of 96 discounted carbon monoxide, smoke and heat detector products that all conform to the latest legal requirements.
Tim Clark, chairman of UKALA, says:: “As a result of a good year we now have a record membership in excess of 1100 letting agents which is great news and enables up to expand our offering to them. We welcome two new suppliers on board with four new products to offer our members.”
UKALA members are now offered services including client money protection, a redress scheme, online library, helpline, webinars and an expanding range of commercial services.
