Knight Frank has appointed a new head of lettings for its King’s Cross office in Central London.
Chris Nguyen joined Knight Frank’s Canary Wharf lettings team as a negotiator in 2017. In 2021 he broke the record for the most deals agreed in a financial year and was promoted to associate later that year.
In his new role, Nguyen will run Knight Frank’s lettings office in King’s Cross, and tasked with leading the team of negotiators to build the firm’s market share in the area.
He says: “I am excited to be joining a team that holds such a strong market presence in [King’s Cross]. My aim is to further this and I am particularly looking forward to seeing the range of properties that King’s Cross has to offer as well as working with the diverse tenant profiles across a multitude of industries.”
And Knight Frank regional partner Jon Reynolds adds: “I am delighted that Chris has been appointed the new head of lettings in King’s Cross. Having grown up in north London and with his extensive experience of new build developments, he is perfectly placed to grow our business in the N1C and Bloomsbury areas.”
