Agency offers bespoke investment property-sourcing service

Newcastle-based agency Walton Robinson is offering a buy to let property sourcing service. 

This year, the agency claims it’s secured rental increases of over 21 per cent in some cases for their landlords, compared with the regional average of 6.6 per cent.

Kyle Dickson, responsible for Valuations and Property Sourcing, says: “We are seeing a perfect storm of increased demand and lower supply, with many Newcastle students and tenants competing for homes, particularly larger stock and HMOs.

It says the service is completely bespoke and aimed at those looking to buy properties in Newcastle or expand their portfolio.

The agency will constantly monitor the market, attend viewings on behalf of clients and handle the sales process from instruction to completion, all according to their landlords’ needs and budgets.
