New brand and lettings service from high profile retirement specialist

An agency connected with high profile developer Churchill Retirement Living has been rebranded and is offering a new lettings service.

Churchill Sales and Lettings - formerly called Stratton & King - has a new identity to link it more closely with the Churchill Retirement Living brand.

Alongside its new name, there is a new lettings service for pre-owned Churchill apartments, including a refurbishment package for sellers seeking the best price when selling or renting out their property. 

The agency says: “We offer a range of tailored solutions for our clients and a friendly, personal service to our tenants and buyers, through Lodge Manager involvement, experienced staff and up-to-date information to help assist in what can be a life-changing decision.  

“As part of our offering, all viewings are conducted by the Lodge or Development Manager who is perfectly placed to guide tenants and buyers through the lifestyle benefits, companionship and security features on offer within their development. Meeting the Lodge or Development Manager can be pivotal in the decision making process and will often help to address any questions and alleviate any concerns.”
