OnTheMarket’s teclet reveals another integration with PropTech platform

teclet, part of the OnTheMarket Group, has completed the integration of Muuvo into its lettings and management platform.

The Muuvo platform uses data to identify what it calls ‘best in class’ suppliers and speed up the registration of new tenants, claiming this enables lettings agents to access all the information required when setting up a tenancy and registering renters for council tax, water, gas and electricity.

Once located, tenants are invited to use the service and register their interest and are also given opportunities to review suppliers and add products and services such as broadband and TV.

Jamie Parks, chief executive of Muuvo, says: “We are delighted to have integrated seamlessly with teclet and to be able to provide our services to agents, tenants and others through their platform. This is our most comprehensive integration to date as teclet enables interaction directly with all stakeholders. The speed and efficiency benefits for all parties are significant with all supplier registration requirements being able to be completed in less than a minute.”

OnTheMarket last week announced that it was using its ownership of teclet as a means of enticing agents on old discounted rates to pay full fees for the service.

teclet is a modular CRM lettings, property management and client accounting platform created by Glanty, a PropTech company acquired by OTM in 2021.

Early OTM member agents had a discounted rate with teclet but now a new sales chief has been recruited with an explicit task to convert discounted agents to full fees.
