Acquisition gives growing agency 2,000 properties under management

A fast growing five-branch lettings agency now has almost 2,000 properties under management following its latest acquisition.

CGT Lettings Limited in Gloucestershire has snapped up local agency Twinley Property.

Twinley owners Saffron Dougall and Amber Hinds, who set the agency up in 2019, are quitting to spend ,opera time with their families. 

This is CGT’s third acquisition in three years.

CGT’s lettings division now has nearly 2,000 properties under management across its five branches in Cheltenham, Gloucester, Quedgeley & Kingsway, Tewkesbury and Stroud.
