On The Move? OnTheMarket PropTech partnership with moving service

Part of the rebranded OnTheMarket suite of PropTech products has announced another partnership, this time to help home movers.

Teclet - now formally part of OnTheMarket Software - has partnered with AnyVan, a service which allows landlords, tenants, sellers and buyers to arrange their removals and storage requirements via the teclet platform.

AnyVan operates within the UK and abroad and provides insured services including packing and removals, containerised storage and all levels of “man with a van” services. 

Alan Blockley, chief executive at teclet, says: “Moving home, whether large or small, local or long distance is a key element in the sales or renting process and we would always suggest engaging professionals to help. It can be a serious false economy for someone to hire a van and get friends and family to help. 

“Our partnership with AnyVan provides a full range of services at competitive prices and teclet users and their customers will be able to access them all via our platform, improving service and, in the case of agents, generating additional referral revenues.”

AnyVan says it offers “prices up to 40 per cent cheaper than competitors” based on comparisons with the costs of eight similar companies handling the move from a four-bedroom house with the same inventory and travelling between the same addresses.
