OnTheMarket rebrands lettings PropTech in bid to lift awareness

OnTheMarket has rebranded the lettings software product it recently purchased in a bid to lift its profile.

What was previously known as teclet is now to be called OnTheMarket Software, as the portal bids to use software as a growing part of its business strategy.

OnTheMarket Software now sits as four different products in the similarly-named OnTheMarket Software Solutions empire.

This consists of TecCRM (a prospecting, marketing and nurturing tool); the client accounting tool TecHub; agency website service TecWeb; and the pre-tenancy and property management operation formerly known as teclet.

The launch of OTM Software follows the appointment last month of Gary Hardy as its head of sales. Head of Sales at OnTheMarket Software, which was announced in August.

New logos for OnTheMarket Software and its products feature the colours and map pin icon introduced in the rebrand of the OnTheMarket portal in December 2021.

OTM chief executive Jason Tebb comments: “Software Solutions is one of the four strategic pillars that are key to our plans for growth, and the launch of OnTheMarket Software will strengthen our position as a software solutions provider for our agents.

“OnTheMarket Software fits seamlessly into our evolving group. 

Tebb continues: “These products will sit alongside other current and future software solutions to provide increasing levels of value to our customers. 

“As the agents’ portal, 60 per cent agent owned, to now have a CRM as part of the suite of products is further evidence of our commitment to enhance this value.”
