London-focussed agency chain Dexters says it now has some 10,000 enquiries a year for its rental relocation service.
It has 30,000 landlords on its client database and in prime central London alone handles properties ranging from £1,250 to £30,000 per week.
The figures come in a statement from the agency, revealing that it has opened nine new offices in south east London, at Blackheath, Brockley, East Dulwich, Honour Oak, Ladywell, Lee, New Cross, Nunhead and Peckham Rye.
It total there are now over 80 Dexters offices across London, including 12 in prime central London giving the business what it calls “a market leading network across the capital.”
Chief executive Andy Shepherd says: “Dexters now has more local offices and a greater presence than any other estate agency in London … [the agency’s] London-wide resources include our Corporate Lettings and International Relocation Teams which gives us global reach with over 10,000 new enquiries from around the world every year."
The firm’s latest annual report shows the business generating revenue of £143.3m and operating profit of £40.6m with the group; it says it’s maintained consistent growth, increasing revenue by 15 per cent per year over the last 10 years.
