Lettings Excellence - winning young agent named

High achieving agents in lettings and other sectors of our industry have been recognised at a prestigious London celebration.

Learners, apprentices, employers and training providers  gathered to congratulate finalists and nominees at the Propertymark Qualifications event.

MoveiQ founder Phil Spencer presented awards and shone a spotlight on all the finalists, commending the standards they were setting for the industry and the impact their professionalism has on consumers.

Since the last awards ceremony held in October 2022, 1,400 certificates have been awarded, over 400 apprenticeship assessments undertaken, and over 6,000 remote exams since they were introduced in February 2023.

It has been exciting this year to include many more agencies investing in qualifications and professional development in the hotly contested new categories for property agencies.”

Propertymark Qualifications’ new Level 4 Qualification, the Certificate in Property Agency Management – a cross discipline, pan-UK qualification - has had over 475 registrations since being launched in February 2023 with the first exams taken in September.
