“There are huge opportunities for PRS investors at the moment and, by combining Connells Group’s comprehensive range of service lines, geographical coverage and unique data and research capabilities with the financial strength and robust corporate governance that comes with being part of the wider Skipton Group, our clients will be able to reap the benefits of this growing market. I have thoroughly enjoyed helping to shape the Group’s new proposition thus far, and look forward to working closely with investor clients on this market- leading offering.”

Jon Notley, Connells Group commercial director, adds: “Due to the size and breadth of Connells Group, Connells Living offers an unrivalled proposition to PRS investors, and we are already seeing considerable interest from institutional investors in the sector. As such, we are confident that Connells Living will provide a valued partner to the market as it continues to develop in the years to come.”
