Agency acquires ‘perfect fit’ rival lettings firm

A full service lettings and estate agency has snapped up a respected rival, including taking over management of 150-plus rental properties.

DC Lane, based in Plymouth and operating since 2019, describes itself as a “progressive, friendly, and energetic independent” and says there is a “perfect fit” with its new acquisition - Trundlewood Property Management, a company which dates back to 1977.
