The Propertymark event to be held next month at Wembley Arena has added a musical dimension - and it’s a Spice Girls tribute band.
Propertymark One is being described as the trade body’s biggest ever conference and agency supplier showcase being held at Wembley on June 27.
Tickets cost £180 for Propertymark members and £200 for non-members but in addition to the serious part of the day, attendees are being asked to pay an additional £50 to attend an after party.
This will include the Spice Girls tribute and three open mic performance slots for attendees.
A statement from the trade body over the weekend said: “If you don’t want to sing, you can take the opportunity to showcase your best stand-up comedy act, or dance routine. It is up to you. You can also nominate others for this fantastic opportunity, so why not take advantage of seeing the smile and utter shock on their face when they are announced as one of the winners.
“The opportunity to be featured centre stage is a limited one, only offered to winners of sealed auction bids, with all proceeds going to Agents Giving and Propertymark Trust.”
Jason Lee, Propertymark’s commercial relationships and events manager, comments: “Propertymark’s after party is going to be an amazing evening and chance to relax and have some fun following the industry’s biggest conference, Propertymark One.
"Agents will be able to take the opportunity to celebrate after hearing from leading industry experts during the day, with the party carrying on into the late evening filled with food, fun and entertainment.
"We can’t wait to see you there and see what you are made of on the Wembley stage, as long as you’re not voting for me to sing!”
