Agents' Teach-In Month - Webinars begin tomorrow

Tomorrow sees the start of a month of webinars hosted by Rightmove to help agents understand compliance changes and how they may affect their business.

A number of experts will appear in the webinars during July including Rightmove’s Legal and Compliance Director David Cox, tax specialist Mark Stemp, Malcolm Driscoll and Caroline Walters from FCS Compliance, leading property lawyer David Smith and property expert and experienced trainer Aidan Reed.

Tuesday July 4 from 10am to 11am: Property expert and trainer Aidan Reed will begin legislation month by discussing how to build a lucrative income stream through HMO’s. Thursday July 6 from 10am to 11am: Leading lawyer David Smith will be joining us for an update on The Renting Home Wales Act, six months on from it coming into force.
