Cloud-based software system Alto and repairs and maintenance management system Fixflo are to unveil an integration in the next fortnight.
This will mean that with all data automatically synchronised, data duplication and conflict will be a thing of the past.
The companies claim that this boosts productivity and cuts out pointless admin, helping agents focus on building relationships and winning more landlords by demonstrating tangible cost savings.
Lewis Bray, head of partnerships at Fixflo, says: “We’re really excited to launch this integration and bring together Fixflo and Alto to help property managers work more accurately and efficiently. Using the two platforms together ensures a streamlined workflow for the entire tenancy management process, giving agents complete control over everything from marketing their properties to repairs and maintenance.”
And Riccardo Dawson, director of product at Alto, comments: “This integration really is a no-brainer for our customers given the demand we’ve experienced from our customers - it enables them to stand out from the crowd and have a competitive edge - but they can also make profitable decisions faster and also eliminates costly uncertainty.”
The integration is completely free to customers of Alto and Fixflo and will be live for existing Alto customers in the next two weeks.
