Agency boasts of “prime trophy HQ” with concierge and roof terrace

The historic Cluttons agency has moved its London office HQ to what it calls “a new prime trophy building.”

It’s taken a 10-year lease at Yarnwicke on Cannon Street, occupying the entire fourth floor, which comprises 8,550 square feet of workspace - and the agency says it has “a roof terrace, luxury bathrooms and concierge services.”

The agency chief executive James Gray says: “The last two years have been pivotal for Cluttons. We know what our clients want and expect of us, and we have built our strategy and business around this.

“We have retained and hired the best people to support this strategy and put in place systems and processes that help enable our growth ambitions.

“Historically we have been understated in our approach and in shouting about our successes but we recognised the need to be bolder and more confident in who we are and what we can achieve for our clients and our business.”

He continues: “The new London office is a major line in the sand that underpins all of our bold ambitions whilst also reflecting our own expertise in workplace strategy and sustainability.

“It also provides the perfect environment for our people in terms of experience, pride, location and amenity. We are all delighted with the move and have already replicated it for our northern hub in Manchester which will also underpin our growth planned in the North.”

The agency also has major offices in Manchester, Newcastle, Oxford and Reading as well as a number of residential agency branches across Prime Central London and overseas franchises in Lisbon, the Algarve and Malta.

In late 2021, Cluttons launched a Manchester team, establishing the city as its northern hub. The Manchester team has grown to 20 and has moved into new workspace.

This totally refurbished office building has recently been assessed as EPC Grade A, making it one of the most energy efficient and low carbon emission buildings in London. More and more tenants, such as Cluttons, are demanding EPC Grade A from landlords and developers. The building is also 'All Electric' with no gas burnt at the building. This is future as we move at pace towards a Net Zero Carbon Emission world. The commercial EPC national measurement system has become incredibly accurate over the 15 years since it was launched. The EPCs for Yarnwicke were calculated using the Level 5 EPC methodology which is the gold standard for commercial EPCs. Well done Cluttons on selecting an office HQ that is fit for purpose and future ready.

@ Roger Mellie, but Gibbons and his Gibberish care. It is his raison d'etre. It is what gets him out of bed every day.

It's going to cost a fortune to heat.

Obviously you don’t understand. According to Gibbons’ calculations the building will pay Cluttons to heat it. LOL.
