High profile agency snaps up London independent

The Martyn Gerrard agency has acquired a London independent - Range Homes.

Range Homes, based in the north London suburb of Palmers Green, is known locally for its lettings valuations and management, guaranteed rent packages, and property management; these will be integrated into the lettings services already offered by Martyn Gerrard across north and northwest London.

Range Homes founder, Chanel Ali, will work alongside the Martyn Gerrard team.

The acquisition will make use of the recently launched Martyn Gerrard office at Winchmore Hill.
