How can agents use PropTech to win new landlord clients?

A free webinar next week will explore how agents can use technology solutions to attract and win new landlords for their business.

The session which will offer agents practical advice and actionable guidance on how they can address landlord supply issues, find opportunities in challenging times, and embrace the technology that will make it possible. 

The webinar follows recent polling from Goodlord & Vouch which found that two-thirds of tenants believe letting agents need new technology in order to offer better customer service. The poll, of more than 1,000 tenants, revealed that 66 per cent believe new technology is needed, with only eight per cent disagreeing. 

The latest Goodlord & Vouch State of the Industry 2023 survey also revealed that 36 per cent of agents believe a “significant” number of landlords will leave the sector in the coming months - ramping up the pressure on firms to pull in new clients. 

The webinar will explore which rental technology trends we expect in 2024, including the role   artificial intelligence will play in the future of lettings. It will also cover how agencies can embrace software to tackle critical issues such as fraud, as well as how letting agents can leverage social media and digital marketing to win landlords and attract tenants.
