Knight Frank’s Richmond residential lettings team has welcomed Ivanka Modesteva-Gyurova as Head of Lettings.
Modesteva-Gyurova began her career at Foxtons in 2007, where she remained for 12 years. She went on to work for John D Wood and most recent role was Senior Lettings Director at Stirling Ackroyd.
In her new role she will run Knight Frank’s lettings office in Richmond and will be tasked with building market share in the area.
