New owner for pair of franchised Lettings offices

Two of Martin & Co’s Oxfordshire branches are under new ownership.

David Rebe has taken on the Oxford and Thame branches from previous franchisee Bill Cooper in a resale process, inheriting the teams in both offices.

Rebe’s background lies in sales, lettings and block management in his native South Africa with Sandak-Lewin Trust – a property company based in Cape Town.

He says: “I’m hugely proud to be a part of Martin & Co and in particular lead two outstanding teams in Oxford and Thame.

“My business partners and I were looking for an opportunity in the UK and quickly decided that a franchise opportunity would be the best approach for us.

“Joining a highly-recognised brand within a franchise structure like the Property Franchise Group, coupled with two amazing teams in Oxford and Thame, has given me a huge amount of comfort.

“That support has allowed me to come in and very quickly get up to speed with what it takes to deliver the level of service our clients in Oxford and Thame are used to.
