I’m Making You An Offer! - PropTech in Dragons Den-style pitch

A major technology programme has secured what it calls “a landmark co-investment partnership” with Propertymark and the Tenancy Deposit Service group. 

And there’s going to be a Dragons Den style exercise to pick the best PropTech innovators to back.

The tech programme is REACH UK, a so-called scale-up service created by Second Century Ventures and specialising in property industry activity. It helps companies expand real estate activities through education, mentorship, and market exposure. 

The new partnership expands a deal which has already been operating for over three years between REACH and Propertymark. 

Now with TDS involved, the new programme will have handpicked PropTech start ups participating in a Dragons Den-style pitch competition presenting their innovations to a panel of senior industry leaders serving as ‘dragons’.

For startups chosen for the 2024 programme, this partnership provides increased investment and the unique opportunity to collaborate with property industry giants. The programme will run for up to nine months and include a combination of education, major industry events, hand curated cohort exclusive events, mentorship, industry showcases  and other growth opportunities. 

However, the initial timescale is short.
