The existing Fixflo integration with Alto has been beefed up to allow the system to create an updated works order with real-time updates.
This means there’s a two-way data synchronisation between the two platforms.
A statement from Alto says agents can access the Fixflo integration via Alto Marketplace and use it to automate and streamline every part of their property management workflow, from managing repair requests to gathering quotes and reconciling maintenance costs.
Fixflo’s Lewis Bray says: “Fixflo’s integration with Alto will bring brand new efficiencies and time-saves to our customers.
“The two-way data sync will streamline property managers’ workflows using Alto while giving them access to all the features that make Fixflo users so successful. Instead of getting bogged down by day-to-day admin and tab-switching, users can focus on the real heart of property management: building relationships with their landlord clients and solving tenants’ issues.”
And Alto’s Riccardo Dawson adds: “Partnering with the UK’s leading proptechs is paramount to the success of Alto Marketplace and delivering the efficiencies that today’s letting agents both demand and deserve.
“Our integration with Fixflo was our most highly requested integration to date from agents and we’re pleased to launch this enhanced functionality.”
Alto also cites Sarah Rushton - property manager at agency Jordan Fishwick and a long-time user of the Fixflo-Alto integration - as saying: “Our experience with the integration has been highly positive, it significantly enhances our operational efficiency. With two of us using both systems, the ability to quickly check and coordinate on tasks that my colleague handles - and vice versa - has been a game changer.”
