PropTech link with landlord-owned lettings compliance service

PropTech platform Goodlord has partnered with safety certificate provider Safe2 to offer compliance work for the lettings sector. 

Safe2 - recently acquired by the National Residential Landlords Association - provides access to engineers and tradespeople required to ensure properties stay compliant with the likes of gas safety, energy performance and electrical installations standards. 

Goodlord customers will now be able to access Safe2 services through their existing dashboard.

The integration is now live on the Goodlord platform and users of the integration will receive a 5% discount on any certification and inspection service.
