Young couple take on lettings agency busy city franch...

A young couple are taking on the franchise of lettings agency Martin & Co in Exeter.

Local couple Nik and Rosie Davey replace previous franchisee Chris Perring.

Nik Davey’s background is in construction, property development and residential lettings, while Rosie Davey is quitting her current teaching job.

He says: “It’s been a hugely exciting process for Rosie and I over the past few months since our offer was accepted by Chris and now I’m fully integrated into the business, I can see why the branch’s reputation is so strong in Exeter.

“The team has been brilliant since we came in and I’m really looking forward to meeting all of our landlords and explaining more to them about our plans for the business moving forwards.”

She adds: “We’ve always lived in Exeter and know the area so well, so it was such an amazing opportunity to take on a business in the city we love – one we simply couldn’t ignore.

“The process of purchasing the business has been incredibly smooth and we’d like to thank both Chris and The Property Franchise Group for making everything so seamless.”
