Agency reveals head of fast-expanding super prime lettings office

Knight Frank has named Francesca Fox as Head of Super Prime Lettings in North London. 

The agency says this newly created role is the next step in the expansion of its super prime lettings team: this follows Knight Frank winning an overall 40% market share and increasing tenancies by 10% in 2023.

Fox has over 11 years of experience in the prime and super prime rental market in North West London, most recently spending six years at Beauchamp Estates as a Lettings Manager.

In her new role she will cover the super prime lettings market across North London, being a dedicated single point of contact for clients whilst working in close collaboration with the firm’s network of local offices, Private Office and specialist lettings desks.

Some of the team’s recent deals include two consecutive tenancies on a villa in Little Venice, which had a guide price of £13,000 per week long let and £21,000 per week short let. The property was let on a short-term basis, immediately followed by a long let to a family on a two-year tenancy; and a  long let on a Grade II-listed building that has been immaculately restored and converted into a single, detached four-bedroom home.
