The Leaders Romans Group lettings agency chain is demanding that the new government elected tomorrow brings back the Renters Reform Bill “as a matter of urgency”.
A statement from the agency - endorsed by the National Residential Landlords Association, Build To Rent giant Grainger, and the British Property Federation - underlines how crucial it is for the newly-elected administration to make reform of the rental market a key priority following the vote.
And the agency, which has over 300 branches UK-wide, adds: “Renters, landlords and letting agents have faced five years of uncertainty over plans to end Section 21 ‘no fault’ repossessions. With all the main parties’ manifestos committed to delivering rental reform, it’s time to bring the issue to a conclusion. Only this approach will enable the sector to look forward and unlock the investment in new housing that renters desperately need and deserve.

At least one agency looks prepared. They have obviously seen a gap in the market.
I feel sorry for any landlord who has LRG as an agent.
Agree, the whole Act needs to be scrapped and a return made to how it was before Osbourne decided to destroy the PRS, of course there are some changes that need making I think the notice period for S21 should be increased to 4 months and that's about it.
