Q: How do you overcome your competitors?
We have invested and developed a strong understanding in lettings and estates business over the last 3 years. Our mobile technology is robust and agile and goes above and beyond digital signatures to provide an entire document automation system; digital signatures are just one element of our full suite of features. We also work with our clients to understand the fabric of their business, then we help them digitise their operations by creating a step-by-step plan to match the specifics of their company’s processes. We don’t provide a box solution; we help our clients continue their innovation cycle to become completely paperless and mobile.

We improve return on investment as soon as Agreement Express software is implemented. By focusing on areas that take up a lot of an agent’s valuable time, we can free up the agent to concentrate on the crucial areas of the business.

We apply the knowledge we have learned from all of Recombo’s global clients in lettings, wealth management, epayment processors and insurance firms, amongst others, into our innovation cycles to continuously provide a better product.

Q: What do you feel it takes to be successful in the industry?
Agility and innovation to match the consumer’s demands is key, this includes access anywhere and everywhere for convenience. Shuffling paper and inaccessible documents are a thing of the past. We live in an era where consumers demand business services to meet them where they are rather than the reverse. Business who understand this need and embrace a continuous innovation cycle as part of their business processes will be successful; those who don’t will unfortunately be left behind.
