Following the resounding success of AIIC’s new one-day Check-Out workshop specifically design for letting agents,  the workshop is being run again at The Hilton Hotel, Bagshot Road, BracknellRG12 0QJ on 26th March 2012 from 9.30am - 4.30pm.

The one-day workshop will cover:

•   The practicalities of carrying out a check out

•   What to look for

•   Finding ‘hidden’ damage to ensure that the landlord’s property is protected

•   What is chargeable and what is not – being realistic

•   Handling your tenant in difficult situations

•   How to compile a detailed check out report

•   How to avoid going to dispute
