Fresh expansion for Leaders after deal with Cotswolds agent

Lettings chain Leaders has expanded into the Cotswolds after an unusual deal with lettings and estate agency business Perry Bishop and Chambers.

Leaders has acquired the lettings business, but Perry Bishop and Chambers is retaining its sales side.

Under the terms of the deal, Leaders will trade as Perry Bishop & Leaders.

The two firms will work alongside each other from offices at Cheltenham, Cirencester, Farringdon, Nailsworth and Tetbury, in Oxfordshire and Gloucestershire.
 
This latest acquisition extends Leaders’ fast-growing network into new territory and takes the firm to 75 branches in 16 counties across the South-East, North-West, East Anglia and South-West.

Leaders began with just one branch in Brighton.
